Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where is Mediluxe Spa located?

We are located inside the Lansdowne Town Center off the intersection of Route 7 and Belmont Ridge Rd within walking distance to the Town Center Green Stage + Gazebo that host live summer entertainment. There is a variety of restaurant establishments nearby, coffee shops, and an in-ground water fountain for children.

  • How do I book an appointment at Mediluxe?

Click “book your appointment" or "book now" tabs located throughout our website. You may also call our office directly or send us an email to hello@themediluxe.com. Please do not include any medical information in your email. To guarantee your appointment, you will be asked to leave a credit card on file. Please see our cancellation policy for more information. If you're unsure of what services to book, simply book a consultation. Please note, Mediluxe requires that you be at least 21 years of age for cosmetic injectables.

For the health and well-being of everyone, if you're sick, or have been sick within the past 48 hours, we kindly ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Guests that arrive ill will be denied service and the cancellation policy will apply. Please see “what we are doing to keep you safe during the Covid 19 pandemic.”  We are a medical establishment, so client safety and limiting exposure is already our top priority.

  • May I bring my child or children to my appointment?

We strive to provide a professional and relaxing atmosphere for all our clients, and the safety of your children is extremely important. Although we are a kid-friendly establishment, unless being serviced in our spa, no child under the age of 12 is permitted into reception and treatment areas.

  • May I use my phone at Mediluxe?

To preserve and protect your confidentiality as well as others, and provide a serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that no cell phones be used in the treatment areas. This includes video recording and photos. If you are doing a private event and would like to take photos, we can provide an exception given everyone signs consents and release.

  • Does Mediluxe spa accept walk-ins?

Guests are encouraged to schedule treatments in advance. We are appointment-based and aim to provide a relaxing, serene, and high-end quality experience. Walk ins are accomodated based on availability.

  • When should I arrive to my appointment?

To prepare for your service, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any required paperwork.

  • How should I prepare for my appointment at Mediluxe?

If you are receiving any facial treatment or consultation, if possible, we suggest that you arrive without makeup. Also, please see our pre and post care instructions.

For IV therapy, prior to your appointment, we recommend that you hydrate and eat a snack. When your body is dehydrated it makes it more difficult to access an IV site and having something on your stomach helps you to be more comfortable during your treatment. If you forget, no worries, just let us know and we will provide something for you.

Please also refer to services tabs for additional information on how to prepare for your treatment. Please call our office if any questions or concerns.

  • What if I am late for my appointment?

If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to complete your treatment. In fairness of others, your appointment must end on time so that the next patient’s session can begin on time. Please understand that it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.  The cancellation policy will apply.

  • What is your cancellation policy at Mediluxe?

Please provide timely appointment cancellations. We understand “life happens” and things come up last minute, but please understand that each time an appointment is missed, another client is prevented from receiving treatment. Therefore, Mediluxe asks that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour notice.

No show and failure to cancel within a 24-hour notice, will incur a flat rate of $100. For vitamin injection appointments, the fee is $25. This policy also applies to appointments booked with a package or membership.

Group appointments require at least a 48-hour cancellation notice. No show and failure to cancel within that time frame will incur a fee of $350.
