For the health and well-being of everyone, if you're sick, or have been sick within the past 48 hours, we kindly ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Guests that arrive ill will be denied service and the cancellation policy will apply. • How should I prepare for my appointment at Mediluxe?

If you are receiving any facial treatment or consultation, if possible, we suggest that you arrive without makeup. Also, please see our pre and post care instructions.

For IV therapy, prior to your appointment, we recommend that you hydrate and eat a snack. When your body is dehydrated it makes it more difficult to access an IV site and having something on your stomach helps you to be more comfortable during your treatment. If you forget, no worries, just let us know and we will provide something for you.

Please also refer to services tabs for additional information on how to prepare for your treatment. Please call our office if any questions or concerns.

No show and failure to cancel within a 24-hour notice, will incur a flat rate of $100. For vitamin injection appointments, the fee is $25. This policy also applies to appointments booked with a package or membership.
