Combination treatments yield the best aesthetic and wellness results. We want you to look and feel your best, and we want it to be affordable.Members have access to discounts on services and retail products. In addition, you will also receive complimentary treatments throughout the year. Members also receive top priority to be a model and receive discounted or complimentary treatment for new services and devices that we launch. You will also receive priority access to VIP only events and specials that we host.
You can also choose to combine your Luxe Be Well membership with either Luxe Get Glowing or Luxe Glow membership. This option optimizes your beauty and wellness self-care investment.
At any point within your contract, you may upgrade to a higher tier, however, you may not downgrade while you are in the "initial period." If you would like to downgrade your membership after your initial 6-month period, you may do so at any time by giving a 30-day written notice to Mediluxe.
Membership payments are non-refundable, and its perks are non-transferable and cannot be assign to another party. Memberships cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Unused services reset and do not roll over to the next month.
Any membership fee that is returned for insufficient funds, incorrect card number or card information is considered in arrears and due to Mediluxe. If a membership is considered in arrears, membership services and discounts will not be available for use until balance is paid. The member is responsible to ensure the credit card number on file with Mediluxe is valid and current. If there is not a valid credit card on file at the time the monthly fee is charged suspension of the membership will occur until payment is made in full.
Mediluxe reserves the right to review subscriptions periodically. Members will be given at least a 30 days' notice in writing of any changes, which may include: (i) any increase or decrease in membership fee, or (ii) change in date of automatic withdrawal.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If such notice is provided, your scheduled complimentary treatments will not be forfeited. Failure to provide 24-hour notice or not showing up to your appointment, will result in forfeit of that monthly service. Mediluxe does not provide service rollovers, services reset and do not roll over to the next month. For booked, discounted services that are part of your membership benefits, appointments not canceled with 24 hours are subject to the general cancellation policy.
It is recommended you schedule your next month's appointment while in the office. If you fail to schedule your monthly appointment, you will lose out on your membership service for that month and still be charged your monthly fee.
Memberships require at least a 6-month commitment. Once the commitment is made, no cancellation fees apply. If cancelled prior to commitment, the member will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. Members can cancel their membership at any time by giving a 30-day written notice to Mediluxe.
Mediluxe reserves the right at any time to cancel or suspend the membership of any member in the event of the following:
If Mediluxe cancels the membership for any reason, they reserve the right to retain any monies received to cover any reasonable costs they have incurred as a result.
